Evolution Ski School below “The Data Controller” considers the privacy of its users of fundamental importance and guarantees that the processing of personal data entered, collected and processed through the website www.scuolascicampofelice.it (hereinafter, “site”) takes place in compliance with the data subject’s rights, with particular reference to confidentiality, the protection of personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data pursuant to and for the purposes of the “Code on the protection of personal data” D.lgs. 196/2003 (hereinafter, Code) and the “General Data Protection Regulation” 2016/679 (hereinafter, GDPR).

In this regard, the Data Controller has adopted and implemented this Privacy Policy, which is valid as an information pursuant to art. 13 and following of the “GDPR”, for all that concerns the management of the Site in relation to the processing of personal data of users.

 

Data contoller

The Data Controller is Evolution Ski School with Registered Office Via Circonvallazione,5 38029 Passo del Tonale, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore.

It means «treatment» – as specified in art. 4 of the GDPR – any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, preservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.
