The Via Ferratas in Tonale

The Sentiero dei Fiori is a via ferrata route that takes place above 3,000 meters along the ridge connecting Lagoscuro Pass to Castellaccio Pass. It is characterized by crossing two exposed suspension bridges made of steel cables. The route is easily accessible via the ski lifts that lead to Presena Pass.

The Sentiero degli Austriaci is a via ferrata route located in the upper Valbiolo area. It connects the Torrione d'Albiolo, at approximately 2800 meters, to Monte Tonale Orientale along the trench built to defend the Austro-Hungarian border during the First World War.
